• Once you are signed into Market Alerts, click the Manage alerts tab
• Click the Edit alert icon that appears next to the alert you would like to edit
• Increase the value entered in the Specify alert value field to receive fewer messages
• Decrease the value entered in the Specify alert value field to receive more messages
• Note: For Price reaches alerts, you will receive only one message per day
• Click Save
• To disable a saved alert, uncheck the corresponding Receive email checkbox

• Modify the fields that you want to change
• Click Save

5. What is the difference between an HTML alert and a plain text alert?
An HTML alert may include graphics, links and formatted text. A plain text alert contains only unformatted text. It does not include any graphics or hyperlinks.

A Metals and oil alert is an email message that is sent when there is a change in the price of a precious metal or in the price of oil. You determine the precious metal and the extent of the price change for which you will receive a message. For example, you can set an alert to send a message when there is a change in the price of gold by $2.20.

An Exchange rate alert is an email message that is sent when there is a change in the value of your chosen currency versus the U.S. dollar. You determine the percent change or value change for which you receive a message. For example, you can set up an alert to send you a message when there is a change of USD 0.06 in the value of the Canadian dollar.
8. What is a Market alert?
A Market alert is an email message that is sent on a daily schedule. It includes bid, ask, high, low, change and % change values for gold, silver, platinum and palladium.
9. How do I add a new Metals and oil alert?
• Click the Manage alerts tab

• Choose Metals and oil from the Select alert type drop-down list in Step 1
• Select a metal or oil in Step 2
• Select an alert condition in Step 3
• Enter a value in Specify alert value field in Step 4

• Click the Delete icon that corresponds to the alert that you want to remove

• To stop receiving a market report alert at a particular time, uncheck its corresponding time under Select report hours
• To stop receiving London Fix price alerts for a particular metal, uncheck it under Select metals
• Click Save
14. What is Quiet time?
Quiet time is a time during which you can temporarily stop receiving emails.
15. How do I temporarily stop receiving alerts?
• Click the Settings tab
• Under Quiet time, select the hour slots during which you do not want to receive alerts
• You can also turn on Vacation mode to stop receiving alerts altogether until you turn it off again
• Click Save
16. Why am I not receiving any alerts by email?
Your email account may be flagging Market Alerts messages as junk email. Check your junk mail folder and open any Market Alerts messages that may be in there. Then mark the sender as "not junk" or "not spam" or "safe" depending on your email client. You can also add donotreply@kitcoinfo.com to your contacts list to ensure that Kcast Alert messages are not marked as junk mail.
17. How do I unsubscribe/stop receiving email alerts?
• Go to the Settings tab
• Click Unsubscribe
• Fill in the feedback form and click Confirm
